HR Generalist - Makó (Hungary) - Your Future position? (1 year fix term)

As an HR Generalist at the Makó site of Givaudan you will be responsible for multiple responsibilities within HR, including the end-to-end recruitment process, internal programs, the support and improvement of our internal procedures. You will be reporting directly to the HR director and work with onsite presence (#LI-Onsite).

You will:

  • Manage private health insurance program
  • Maintain employee recognition programs
  • Cooperation with agencies
  • Support onboarding procedure
  • Organize learning events and prepare study contracts
  • Build partnering relationship with the partners and the teams
  • Support recruitment, performance management, talent management at your dedicated areas
  • Manage complex Employee Relation issues
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in HR systems
  • Participate in HR related projects
  • HR controlling: provide value added reporting, to help teams make more engaging, fact-based decisions
  • Handle monthly incentive scheme
  • Manage delegation and expat related activities
  • Ensure compliance with data protection related regulation and guidelines

You:

  • Education: Higher education
  • Experience: 2 years relevant experience
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian languages
  • MS Office knowledge
