HR Generalist - Makó (Hungary) - Your Future position? (1 year fix term)
As an HR Generalist at the Makó site of Givaudan you will be responsible for multiple responsibilities within HR, including the end-to-end recruitment process, internal programs, the support and improvement of our internal procedures. You will be reporting directly to the HR director and work with onsite presence (#LI-Onsite).
You will:
- Manage private health insurance program
- Maintain employee recognition programs
- Cooperation with agencies
- Support onboarding procedure
- Organize learning events and prepare study contracts
- Build partnering relationship with the partners and the teams
- Support recruitment, performance management, talent management at your dedicated areas
- Manage complex Employee Relation issues
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in HR systems
- Participate in HR related projects
- HR controlling: provide value added reporting, to help teams make more engaging, fact-based decisions
- Handle monthly incentive scheme
- Manage delegation and expat related activities
- Ensure compliance with data protection related regulation and guidelines
You:
- Education: Higher education
- Experience: 2 years relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Hungarian languages
- MS Office knowledge
